Our Mission
We want to provide a fun and safe get away for gathering with friends/family/co-workers in an extra special vacation rental home.
Our goal is to offer quality amenities, a fully equipped home, a clean environment and a peaceful setting. We also want you to be able to enjoy things that are different from resorts, hotels and beach side properties. Pair-A-Dice does just that!
Mike Evans
Master of the house and the Big Green Egg. Mike loves serving up a great big feast to friends and family. He is also known for a cold beverage in one hand and a fishing rod in the other. Mike’s other interests: making others laugh, golfing, and his kids. Caveat to renting Pair-A-Dice: It does not include use of his BGE as it is his baby. A Weber will be provided for those desiring to cook a steak, burger, fish or other.
Kathy Evans
M.O.M.= Degree Kathy earned raising 3 great kids. She loves family time, taking pictures, fixing houses, selling and investing in real estate, playing piano and handbells, billiards and now that she has a lake house…boating and fishing. Kathy’s large extended family is to blame for her desire to have a vacation rental home. They gather every 2 years for a fun time: What great memories!
Karissa Evans
Karissa is the business side of the family. She always knows how to calm mom and dad while keeping the peace. Yet, she keeps everyone on their toes with her quick wit. Karissa loves the outdoors, music, her Jake (they just got engaged…woohoo!), Indie and K.C. She was the first to witness beautiful snow at Pair-A-Dice.

In all, there are 7 human Evans’s. Mike and Kathy are proud parents of Michal, Adam (and wife Diane), and Karissa (and boyfriend Jake). There are also 4 fury friends in the family: K.C., MoMo, Ohana and Indie
Family Time
Our family has always enjoyed being together, mastering projects together, learning and laughing along the way. Pair-A-Dice offers a great place for our family and yours to enjoy and build memories. We like to think that memories built while together as a family will last forever. There might be a competitive nature in our family too. Hence all of the games that we have ready to play at Pair-A-Dice. Enjoy!
